Chumash Video YouTube

We are pleased to be ‘launch’ing our new Chumash instructional video. We are working on tecnicalities, so one must just copy and paste the web address/url onto one’s browser and you can be a Chumash ‘bowser’. This is a project conceived and produced by 2 MCLA players, Brady Hall and Ryan Chamberlain from the 6-time MCLA Division I National Champion Colorado State University RAM Lacrosse team, who put this together (with a little direction from us ‘Stick Guys’) as part of the multi-including-social-media internship stuff they are doing for us and their marketing major. This has been a win/win for Rock-it Pocket Lacrosse with some young blood and fresh ideas. They brought in a few more of the current CSU Lax Rams to play and record the demo game used to demonstrate rules and illustrate procedures  on the video. We have completed goals or just the nets for the handy guys that can or want to build their own Chumash goal.

We are well-stocked with these RamPro Chumash instructional DVD’s that are a little more than 4 minutes long and will get you going on all the simple parts of this unique and simple lacrosse game that is way fun to play and encourages great fundamentals while playing the game and competing. There is plenty more chumash parts and info around the Rock-it Pocket site and @ Coaches will be amazed at how much this game can cut the coaching work load. The Game teaches the game

More on Chumash: There are many great games out there that kids (and others) can play that are fun to play and help kids and other players learn and improve as lacrosse players. First payed at the 1995 Vail Lacrosse Shootout, Chumash is an oldie (C1995) but a goodie for many simple reasons. The fact that the net is six feet high, just like it is in field lacrosse make it a tool for learning. Coaches have always loved Chumash because they see the way the game as a whole has very real situations with specific rules. It is big bang for your

Chumash Field 2aModifycoaching buck. Kids have always come to our summer camps asking when the mashing would begin because they could be happy playing it all day. We have solved the challenge of shipping in a compact box Chumash goals to coaches and players around the country where games and goal can be set up in a matter of minutes, so now you can have a small but real game of 3v3 lacrosse that coaches and teaches while they play the game, and the whole thing fits easily into pretty much any CAR. We are now offering a complete package including the goal, ground stakes, cones, and string measured for the creases. All you will need is paint for the lines   The creases teach. The game is a tremendous conditioner. Since the goal is 6’ high and very skinny there is an element of real shooting, one that puts a premium on a quick release and accuracy for shooters. The nature of the rules allow for EMO, MDD, fast breaks, and technical things that make teams better, like crisp substitution, backing up shots, facing off in live set ups, and more. There are only shorties allowed, and the size of the goal eliminates the goalie position because it is hard enough to hit the goal when it is only 12″ wide.          CHUMASH RULES
